DAS PROGRAMM AM 19. SEPTEMBER 2024: FILL_THE_GAP!

Das Programm der LABOR.A® entsteht jedes Jahr kollaborativ mit Akteuren aus Wissenschaft, Gewerkschaften, Politik und Zivilgesellschaft.

70 Partnerorganisationen waren am 19. September dabei. Gemeinsam mit der Hans-Böckler-Stiftung haben sie mehr als 30 sehr unterschiedliche Programmpunkte rund um das Thema „Arbeit der Zukunft“ gestaltet.

Mit 100 Speaker*innen kamen verschiedene Perspektiven zusammen. Zusammen haben wir aktuelle Lücken auf dem Weg der sozial-ökologischen Transformation, Lösungen und Zukunftsbilder benannt.

DIE LABOR.A®

Die LABOR.A® ist die hybride Konferenz der Hans-Böckler-Stiftung zur Zukunft der Arbeit. Sie fand in diesem Jahr zum siebten Mal statt – wieder live im Cafe Moskau und online. Ziel der Konferenzreihe ist es, aktuelle Debatten zur Transformation der Arbeitswelt aufzunehmen und zu entwickeln, Zukunftsbilder aufzuspüren und Akteur*innen zusammenzubringen.

MARKT DER IDEEN

Der „Markt der Ideen“ der LABOR.A® ist der Ort, an dem Einblicke in praktische Erfahrungen und konkrete Ideen rund um die Arbeit der Zukunft geteilt werden – jenseits von Diskussionsrunden und Vorträgen. Wissenschaftliche Forschung und betriebliche Praxis, Bildungsmaterialien und künstlerische Beiträge präsentierten ihre Perspektiven zum diesjährigen Motto: fill_the_gap! Alle digitalen Ausstellungsinhalte sind weiter über die Konferenzplattform erreichbar. Voraussetzung ist die Registrierung für die Veranstaltung.

Every year, the LABOR.A® program is developed collaboratively with actors from academia, trade unions, the political realm and civil society. Guests are welcome to join the event on site at Berlin’s Cafe Moskau or follow the entire program live via the digital conference platform. 70 partner organizations participated this year. Together with the Hans-Böckler-Stiftung, they were hosting more than 30 very different program items around the topic “Work of the Future”. Over 100 speakers contributed their perspectives: We identified current gaps on the path to socio-ecological transformation and discussed solutions and visions for the future.

THE LABOR.A®

LABOR.A® is the hybrid conference on the future of work by the Hans-Böckler-Stiftung. It took place for the seventh time in 2024 – once again live at Cafe Moskau and online. The conference’s aim is to pick up on and develop current debates on the transformation of the world of work, to identify positive narratives of the future and to bring people together.

The LABOR.A® “Market of Ideas” is where insights into practical experiences and concrete ideas about the work of the future were shared – beyond discussion rounds and lectures. A multitude of experts shared academic research and hands-on experience in workplaces, educational materials and creative perspectives on this year’s motto: fill_the_gap!
